Shipping Policy
We proudly offer FREE shipping to the USA. We will expand our shipping areas as soon as possible.
Delivery times may vary and are estimated to arrive 3-7 business days after order is placed.
Return Policy
Happiness Guarantee: If you're not 100% happy with your Spinny Plate, we will provide you a full refund on your original purchase and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return it. You will just need to package it, affix label, and drop off at US Post Office.
Returns must be requested here no later than 20 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that is was received.
Once your return is received and inspected, and email confirmation will be sent to you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Damaged/Lost-in-Transit - Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.
When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account on spinnyplate.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
